We have to realize that we are not saved by our own good works or by our own merits, not even by the strict legalistic observation of the laws. There is only one who is good and in His goodness and love alone lies our salvation - we are saved only by His grace! But in order to be with Him, to be perfect as the Father is perfect and to enjoy the riches of heaven we have to be ready to follow Him in a very radical way. We have to let go, not only of many things but of all things. Yes, to give up all, only then can we find the all. An utter paradox and certainly an impossible task when we view it from the point of view of man and are trying to reach there on our own. But then Jesus looks us straight in the eyes and says, "This is impossible for man, but for God everything is possible."

Lord of mercy and integrity, may we take You at Your Word and give up all in order to find the all in You? Thank You, Jesus.

DAILY OFFERING
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day; my thoughts, words, joys and sufferings. Grant that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, my life this day may be of service to You and to others. I also pray that all those preparing for marriage discover in Sacrament the source of Christ's grace for living a fithful and fruitful love. Amen.

PRAYING WITH THE CHURCH
INTENTION
That respect for the environment, God's gift to all men and women, may increase both on a personal level and on that of world public opinion.
