Persevering prayer is a sign of enduring trust in God.

God is the God of justice; and a trusting prayer enables and motivates us to be collaborators of God in the persuit of His cause for justice in our world! God acts even when nothing seems to be happening! It's our faith that needs awakening! It is God who acts and brings His plan to fulfillment in our world. Our action, a purely human effort is destined to fail, without a consistent and persevering faith!

Through prayer for justice God will intervene in our history. Each one of us is responsible for the development of justice and peace in our world and God will answer our desire for peace, justice and harmony in all of Creation!

We often forget that God is part of our world! That is the reality of the Incarnation! By praying with faith we become more and more part of this wounded world with its pain, injustice, hatred, etc. By praying with faith we are strengthened to transform our wounded world into a world of justice, peace and harmony.

Lord, we believe. You are our only hope!

DAILY OFFERING
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day; my thoughts, words, joys and sufferings. Grant that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, my life this day may be of service to You and to others. I also pray that all those preparing for marriage discover in Sacrament the source of Christ's grace for living a fithful and fruitful love. Amen.

PRAYING WITH THE CHURCH
