守小齋時，只可食有鱗的魚。
我們的教會何時有這樣的規定的呢？

小弟未曾聽聞有過這樣的規定。
基本上，關於香港教區內的教友守齋規定，詳列於「教友應知事項」。它刊於教友禮儀記事手冊、天主教手冊、和教區的網頁之中。
其他人較為詳細的說法，只屬「說法」（opinion）而已。

但這章節不是在說守齋啊.
而是在談論食物潔與不潔的問題.
