Archbishop of Warsaw 'spied for communist secret police'
For readers' information: on 13 July 1949, Pope Pius XII formally excommunicated in his decree all collaborators of communism. 在1949年，所有與共產黨合作者均已被教宗Pius XII絕罰．
Pope John XXIII used this same decree to excommunicate Castro of Cuba in 1962.
If this Stanislaw Wielgus had been a communist collaborator before his episcopal consecration in the 1950s, that consecration would have been invalid and he would not have been any bishop at all during those 40 past years. Then there is no way he could be appointed again as the "Archbishop" of Warsaw now.
