In our theology on the Trinity, we believe that the Father loves so much that the love generates itself as the Son; and, following on that, the love between the Father and the Son is also so great that it is the Holy Spirit. This love is distinctive and inseparable from one another.

In Acts 15, we see the discussion among the Apostles and the elders who were gathered together in Jerusalem to consider the matter of circumcision for non-Jewish followers of Jesus. Peter gave the elocution that God gave His approval of the Gentiles by giving the Holy Spirit to them just as He had to the Jews. God purified all hearts by faith.

In the Gospel, Jesus says, "As the Father has loved Me, so I have loved you. Remain in My love." The love between the Father and the Son is the Holy Spirit. When Jesus asks us to remain in His love, it is to remain in the Holy Spirit.

Hence, we abide by Jesus' command to love one another. We follow Jesus closely and walk with each other in the journey of synodality. There should not be any discrimination. Instead, there should be joy in a synodal relationship. Like the early disciples, we are called to accept each other without judgement, in other words, we are not to add excessive burden on others.

Father, Son and Holy Spirit, make us one in joy and in loving with one another.

DAILY OFFERING
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day; my thoughts, words, joys and sufferings. Grant that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, my life this day may be of service to You and to others. I also pray that all those preparing for marriage discover in Sacrament the source of Christ's grace for living a fithful and fruitful love. Amen.

PRAYING WITH THE CHURCH
INTENTION
For the formation of men and women religious, and seminarians. Let us pray that men and women religious, and seminarians, grow in their own vocational journey through human, pastoral, spiritual and community formation, that leads them to be credible witnesses of the Gospel.
